Minswap Is Now The #1 DEX on Cardano

Last night it became official: Cardano DEX Minswap flipped SundaySwap in terms of TVL in just over a week after launching its liquidity pools.

Minswap Flips SundaeSwap In TVL

Last night, Cardano DEX Minswap officially became Cardano’s top DEX in terms of TVL (according to DeFi Llama). This was a big milestone for Minswap because it flipped the first-ever anticipated DEX launched on Cardano, SundaeSwap.

At the time of writing, Minswap is approximately $7 million ahead of SundaeSwap and up over 100% in TVL.

SundaeSwap reached $100 million about a month ago, but the DEX was loaded with problems since its launch. Users of SundaeSwap continued to complain about the transaction speeds with the DEX. On the other hand, according to users, Minswap is functioning much more smoothly. Now that Cardano holders have a reliable, fast, and secure DEX to use their ADA in order to provide liquidity, it’s no surprise that Minswap was able to flip SundaeSwap so quickly.

Minswap is a cat-themed, multi-pool decentralized exchange on Cardano. Users are able to swap tokens with minimal fees and fast transaction times. Additionally, the DEX offers a plethora of liquidity pools that all involve high-profile Cardano projects.
