Charles Hoskinson, who founded Cardano and helped to create Ethereum, is excited about the expected rise in the Cardano Treasury.
A tweet from Cardano fanatic StakeWithPride sparked the bullish mood by saying that the Cardano Treasury would reach $4.5 billion in currency, assuming ADA hits the $3 high again.

Cardano Treasury Surge and Hoskinson’s AI Trust Concerns
This rise in the Cardano Treasury is believed to beat the record set in August 2021, when ADA hit its all-time high. At that point, the Treasury had about $1.7 billion of ADA, equivalent to 1 billion ADA tokens.
Cardano supporter “StakeWithPride” talked about how unique Cardano is as “a decentralized network state that funds its destiny.” Hoskinson also said this, who happily quoted the tweet and added an animated GIF from an old computer game to show that he agreed with the positive outlook for ADA.
The Cardano Treasury is an integral part of the Cardano community for funding projects. If someone wants to claim part of the Treasury, Hoskinson says they should get involved in the Cardano community and build projects on the blockchain to add value.
While everyone was excited about Cardano’s possibilities, Hoskinson tweeted on Twitter about his concerns regarding what artificial intelligence (AI) will mean for the future. Referring to a story from The Sun, he discussed the problems of trusting AI-based entities. In particular, he brought up the idea that AI girlfriends might become “gold diggers” who are only interested in making money.

In his latest views, Hoskinson emphasizes his growing concerns about the harmful effects of AI, which he has previously said many times. In December, he talked about how advanced deepfake technologies were by showing an AI-made movie that almost perfectly imitated him.
Hoskinson said that as these technologies improve, it might become more complex to tell the difference between real and fake videos, worsening trust problems in the future.
