The cryptocurrency market starts the week very hopeful with green-colored prices. Bitcoin (BTC) is strongly in the plus and a large number of altcoins are attracting even harder. Whether this momentum will last, however, remains to be seen. The total market cap of all crypto is up 4.8% to $1.35 trillion.

Ethereum (ETH) dipped back to $1,750 shortly before the weekend, but has been steadily rising since then. Last night, ether encountered some resistance around $1,825 but was able to break through this last night. The price then accelerated and the ETH price is at $1,900 at the time of writing. This means that ETH is today 6.4% in the plus, but can the price break through this immediately?

DOGE, XRP, SHIB, BNB also in the plus
Dogecoin (DOGE) is lagging behind most major crypto today. The DOGE price is currently at $0.0848 and is 2.4% in the plus. Ripple (XRP) has already picked up a bit stronger, but is currently encountering resistance around USD 0.405. This means XRP is up 2.8% today. Shiba inu (SHIB) is up 4.4%, rising to $0.0000113 this morning. Binance coin (BNB) broke through the $300 again and is currently at $311.5 with which the price is already 4.5% in the plus.
TRX, DOT, AVAX attract stronger
Tron (TRX) is up 4.9% and is currently above USD 0.084. Polkadot (DOT) is already up 6% and may be making another attempt to recapture $10 later today. Avalanche (AVAX) is up 9.5% in the last 24 hours but is now encountering some resistance around USD 27.5.
SOL & ADA shoot off
Solana (SOL) is up 12.3% today and was able to break the $40 mark again yesterday. At the time of writing, the SOL price is attacking the resistance at $44. Cardano (ADA) is even up 13% from 24 hours ago and is currently romping with resistance around USD 0.64.
Crypto top 100 hardest fallers and risers
Not all crypto is green today, we have two exceptions. Radix (RDX) and elrond (EGLD) are both down about 4% from 24 hours ago.
Opposite are stacks (STX), quant (QNT), bitdao (BIT), zcash (ZEC), cosmos (ATOM), ceth (CETH), kusama (KSM), zilliqa (ZIL), ethereum classic (ETC), filecoin ( FIL), uniswap (UNI), huobi (HT), celo (CELO) and gala (GALA) are all up 6% today.
Algorand (ALGO), near (NEAR), vechain (VET), sandbox (SAND), enjin coin (ENJ), chain (CXN) and nexo (NEXO) are up 7%. Decentraland (MANA), kava (KAVA), chiliz (CHZ), synthetix (SNX) and fantom (FTM) are 8% in the green. Iota (MIOTA), theta fuel (TFUEL), axie infinity (AXS), chainlink (LINK) are up 9%.
Polygon (MATIC), arweave (AR), pancakeswap (CAKE), basic attention token (BAT) and stepn (GMT) are already 10% in the plus. Thorchain (RUNE), neo (NEO), loop ring (LRC) are up 11%. Tezos (XTZ) is up 12%, helium (HNT) 14% and theta network (THETA) 15%. eCash (XEC) is the fastest gainer today and is almost 19% in the plus.
