Announcing the $GENS Token Public Sale Final Dates and Terms

We’re really excited to announce to you that our Genius X Launchpad is going to be launched on mainnet on December the 1st! Following this, we’ll kick off the long awaited $GENS Token Public Sale!

Developing on Cardano is challenging because we need to be pioneers. The EUTxO model is strong but unique and we have been building our products from the ground up to leverage its full potential. If you only reproducec existing EVM based dApps you place yourself in a situation where your product is not optimized, and that is something we wanted to avoid.

Cardano requires their builders to imagine tomorrow’s dApps and we are really proud of what we’ve been building so far.

The Genius X Launchpad is the first regulatory compliant, smart contract based launchpad on Cardano. It allows for oversubscription thanks to its unique order book model.

The upcoming Genius DEX has been designed to leverage Cardano’s full potential. We are building something new in DeFi and we can’t wait to show it to the world. We have made great progress during the last several months and we aim to be on testnet as soon as Q1 2023. The Yield Optimizer will be developed and launched after the Genius DEX in H1 2023 and will provide users with AI-powered automated algorithmic trading strategies. Our DEX needs to collect real world trading data, so we can implement it and test it with our machine learning algorithm.

The $GENS token is the native token of the Genius Yield ecosystem and 20% of the transaction fees on the Genius DEX and Smart Liquidity Vault will be redistributed to stakers as well as voting power on the future Genius Yield DAO.

$GENS new Public Sale Model on the Genius X Launchpad

The Genius X Launchpad is a KYC-regulated, smart contract based token sale platform on Cardano. All eligible investors will have to submit their required personal details as part of the mandatory KYC process.

Some minor adjustments have been made since the initial public sale announcement which was delayed for a few months. We have updated prices and maximum allocations to reflect the current state of the market and the oversubscription design of the Genius X Launchpad.

$ADA will be the only accepted cryptocurrency during this GENS Public Sale. We will take a snapshot of the ADA/USD price prior to each round to determine the GENS/ADA price.

The Launchpad works as an order book and is NOT on a first come first serve basis, as long as you place an order within the right time frame you’ll be able to receive GENS tokens.

Wallets supported in the Genius X Launchpad are: Nami, Eternl and Flint.

The $GENS public sale will be divided into four (4) rounds and conducted as follows:

Rounds 1 through 3 will be whitelisted rounds only.

The whitelist will consist of stake keys from the Genius Yield ISPO, based on bonus reward program eligibility. To check your eligibility, copy/paste your stake key on the Genius Yield Dashboard .

IMPORTANT: To participate in the whitelisted rounds you will need to use the wallet you delegated with during the Genius Yield ISPO.

Round 1 is reserved for Diamond Hands / Ape bonus reward eligible delegators.

If you are eligible for at least 1 of these bonus rewards, you are whitelisted for round 1.

You’ll be able to purchase the $GENS tokens at 0.65$ from Monday, December 5th at 1PM UTC till Friday, December 9th 12:59 PM UTC.

1m $GENS tokens will be available for round 1. Any unsold tokens will be rolled over to round 4.

Round 2 is reserved for Degen / HODLer bonus reward eligible delegators.

If you are eligible for at least 1 of these bonus rewards and were not eligible for round 1, you are whitelisted for round 2.

You’ll be able to purchase the $GENS tokens at 0.75$ from Friday, December 9th at 1PM UTC till Tuesday, December 13th at 12:59 PM UTC.

1m $GENS tokens will be available for round 2. Any unsold tokens will be rolled over to round 4.

Round 3 is reserved for Shark / FOMO bonus reward eligible delegators.

If you are eligible for at least 1 of those bonus rewards and were not eligible for any prior rounds, you are whitelisted for round 3.

You’ll be able to purchase the $GENS tokens at 0.80$ from Tuesday December 13th at 1PM UTC till Saturday, December 17th at 12:59 PM UTC.

1m $GENS tokens will be available for round 3. Any unsold tokens will be rolled over to round 4.

Round 4 will be a public round

If there are any tokens leftover from prior rounds we will be conducting a 4th public round where everyone is welcome to participate, even if you already purchased in prior rounds. For this round you can use any wallet you want, it doesn’t have to be the one you delegated with during the Genius Yield ISPO.

You’ll be able to purchase the $GENS tokens at 0.85$ from Saturday, December 17th at 3PM UTC till Wednesday, December 21st at 12:59 PM UTC.

The minimum purchase for all four rounds is 50 $GENS tokens and the maximum purchase is 10,000 $GENS tokens as the launchpad allows for oversubscription. If you want to learn more about the Genius X Launchpad and its exciting features, please read this Medium article.

Token Generation Event (TGE)

TGE will happen prior to the token distribution phase. We will communicate the exact date as well as policy ID of the official GENS tokens on our social media once they are minted. Make sure to check the policy ID of any Cardano Native Token before purchasing in the free market. Beware of scammers!

Token distribution

Distribution of $GENS tokens will start on Wednesday, December 21st at 1PM and will last till Saturday, December 24th at 1PM UTC.

Restricted countries

We are sorry to announce that due to legal reasons, investors from the following countries unfortunately cannot participate in the $GENS Public Sale. With advice from our legal team and partners, we decided not to include the following countries because of regulatory reasons:

Albania, Barbados, Burkina Faso, Cambodia, Cayman Islands, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK), Haiti, Iran, Jamaica, Jordan, Mali, Malta, Morocco, Myanmar, Nicaragua, Pakistan, Panama, Philippines, Senegal, Republic of South Sudan, Syria, Turkey, Uganda, United Arab Emirates, Yemen, Russia, Belarus, and the USA.

What’s to come

The $GENS token is a utility token powering the Genius Yield ecosystem. $GENS stakers will be able to earn a distribution of the Genius DEX and Yield Optimizer fees in addition to having voting power in the future on the Genius Yield DAO.

A few days before the distribution of the $GENS tokens, we’ll launch the Genius Yield staking app where you will be able to stake your $GENS tokens with your Genius NFTs to earn additional Yield! Shortly after, in early Q1 of 2023, the staking of the ISPO NFTs will be possible. We will provide you with a detailed article and tutorial explaining how to use the staking app in the near future.

The $GENS token will be directly tradable on all major DEXs on Cardano and eventually on CEXs in late 2023 to early 2024.
