Snoop Dogg is Planning to Open a Dessert Restaurant called Bored Ape NFT

This spring a fast-food establishment named Bored & Hungry opened in Los Angeles, the first cafe inspired by a Bored Ape Yacht Club NFT. The organization behind that restaurant is bringing in artist and NFT fan Snoop Dogg to launch their next NFT-themed dinner.

Snoop Dogg and Food Fighters Universe, a company created by Andy Nguyen, Kevin Seo, and Phillip Huynh, have unveiled plans to launch Dr. Bombay’s Sweet Exploration in Los Angeles.

Snoop (born Calvin Broadus Jr.) has given his Bored Ape Yacht Club avatar the name Dr. Bombay. With 10,000 distinct avatars showing bored cartoon apes, the Bored Ape Yacht Club is one of the most popular Ethereum NFT collections. So far, the NFTs have generated a total of $2.1 billion in secondary market trading activity.

The Bored Ape Yacht Club, which was founded by Yuga Labs, allows NFT holders to monetize their photographs. Bored Apes has been utilized for a variety of items, including clothes, beer, and marijuana packaging, as well as virtual band ventures and prospective film and television productions.

Snoop’s dessert restaurant isn’t an “official” Bored Ape restaurant produced by Yuga Labs, but he has every right to use his own NFT image for it. An NFT is a digital picture of an ape that serves as proof of ownership, as well as access to a community of owners, commercial rights, and other privileges.

Bored & Hungry follows in the footsteps of the impending dessert shop. The branding and design are inspired by the restaurant’s owners’ Bored Ape and Mutant Ape Yacht Club NFTs. Food Fighters Universe intends to establish its own NFTs, which will offer a variety of benefits in the vicinity of its restaurants.

Snoop Dogg is already well-known in the NFT world. He is the owner of Bored Ape Yacht Club NFTs and has worked on projects like Ethereum’s The Sandbox and Cardano’s Clay Nation. He also created NFTs inspired by the Nyan Cat meme.
