The Candano Solution began, as most things do, very humbly. It started as a meet up with only two enthusiasts in a coffee shop who believed that the Cardano blockchain could fundamentally change the world.

From there, it has grown, in a very short time, to a network of community members that encompass more than 1,100 people. Some of the gatherings have been small: that first coffee shop; some have been large: a gathering at The Wharf Miami for a meet and greet with Charles Hoskinson. All of these community events have inspired action somewhere, from larger conferences, to the metamorphosis of the meet-up into a full blown community center.

<div>Back in April, Input Output Global (IOG), a software firm behind the development of Cardano (ADA), sealed a <a href="https://heraldsheets.com/cardano-partners-with-ethiopia-ministry-of-education/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">partnership with the governments of Ethiopia</a> and Tanzania. As if that&rsquo;s not enough, another partnership that will bring 1 million users to Cardano from Africa is currently in the works.
A few days ago, John O&rsquo;Connor, the director of African Operations at IOG, hinted at the cooking deal in a tweet. He said in the tweet that he wrote a letter to a president, which would end up bringing 1 million users to the Cardano network.

In a recent <a href="https://youtu.be/m-s-uTRDfBc?t=1459">interview</a>, John O&rsquo;Connor discussed the much-awaited Alonzo smart contracts rollout and the significance of the deal to the implementation of smart contracts on the Cardano network.

According to O&rsquo;Connor, the deal is related to payments and open finance, stating that it has more to do with microloans and collateralized loans. However, he admitted that the deal is still at an early stage.
John O&rsquo;Connor noted:
&ldquo;What I will say though is that with smart contracts finally coming out, very, very, very interested in making sure we&rsquo;re building the right tooling for applications around remittances and applications around open finance.&rdquo;
He further pointed out that &ldquo;A year down the line, you not even realize it, but Cardano could be the back-end financial rails for these huge businesses, and the customer won&rsquo;t even know&hellip;

Cardano managed to reach an all-time high despite the significant crash across other cryptocurrencies yesterday. The altcoin has been making <a href="https://btcmanager.com/cardano-monthly-transactions-all-time-high-cardax/">headlines</a> for a while now, and it appears that it will surge even higher.
<h2>ADA is Going Global</h2>
ADA crashed nearly ninety percent in early 2018, as regulatory crypto crackdowns began in a year&rsquo;s prolonged bear market for the nascent industry.&nbsp;
Nevertheless, the platform has taken measures to create its blockchain as the world&rsquo;s dominant agent. Blockchain integrating into daily life is unavoidable, and Cardano has launched work in Africa that helps to expand the market and banking the unbanked.&nbsp;
The Government of Ethiopia announced in 2019 that the blockchain would provide financial services to the African financial market. Nigel Green of <a href="https://www.nigel-green.com/">DeVere</a> named ADA a rising star in the booming crypto market compared to Ethereum and Bitcoin.&nbsp;

Cardano will also incorporate the Save the Children&rsquo;s payment gateway to enable ADA payments.
The mission of the platform is to solve the problem of the most disadvantaged in a global society is shown by its activities in Africa, where Ethiopia will be part of the its network with the full support of its node.
Cardano also intends to create a DAO that is entirely functional and catering to Spanish-speaking people via ALDEA in South America. In addition to a decentralized future, Cardano&rsquo;s emphasis on blockchain technology focuses on the positive use of the Cardano solution now.
<h2>Tracking More Sustainable Cryptocurrencies</h2>

Cardano&rsquo;s ADA and Ripple&rsquo;s XRP were listed as the two more environmentally friendly cryptocurrencies than bitcoin because of their less intensive mining and transaction networks.
ADA is the only crypto in the top 25 cryptocurrencies in the <a href="https://coinmarketcap.com/">CoinMarketCap</a> to be up today in terms of market capitalization. The price of the coin today stands at around $1.94.
One primary explanation for this is that many investors consider Cardano as among the most sustainable cryptocurrencies. It uses a consensus system for evidence of involvement, and the network&rsquo;s founder notes it consumes only 6 GWh of power.
