MAYZ is a protocol that will allow you to create, manage or just invest in funds. It is a tool that democratizes financial investments: The management of funds will no longer fall into the hands of a few, but anyone who wants, can do it in a decentralized, non-custodial and permissionless fashion.

MAYZ Protocol’s first product will be the Cardano Fund: Just as SP500 covers the 500 most prestigious companies in the United States, the Cardano Fund will include the 20-30 most important protocols in the ecosystem. This fund will be managed by the MAYZ Core Team.

In its second version, any user will be able to create and manage their own fund, just by staking the protocol token: $MAYZ. $MAYZ is a token with a very clear utility: You need it to be able to act as a Fund Manager, as well as to participate in its governance.

In its third version, MAYZ Protocol aims to bring liquidity from other blockchains. To cite an example, any Ethereum user will be able to interact with MAYZ, and from their original blockchain (Ethereum in this case) be able to access any of the different funds and thus have exposure to Cardano’s ecosystem, without being a Cardano expert and without even interacting with Cardano.

There are 2 main reasons that led us to make the decision to build this protocol:
1- At the moment, there is no protocol with these characteristics
2- For any Cardano investor, simply buying and holding $ADA is missing out on much of the growth that other protocols are having in the ecosystem.
