Genius X Partnering with Aktionariat AG to issue, manage and trade tokenized shares

Genius X, a revolutionary launchpad and business accelerator helping Web3 startups attain speed, scale, and edge, is glad to announce its partnership with Aktionariat AG — a technology provider enabling every Swiss company to issue their own shares on their own website.

The partnership between Genius X and Aktionariat AG is primarily for providing a platform wherein willing Genius X startups can tokenize their shares for access to more financing. Through deploying the services of Aktionariat AG, these startups can issue, manage and trade their tokenized shares or bonds to the general public or a predefined group of investors.

Through the partnership with Genius X, selected startups can design their digital shareholder registry in Aktionariat’s Corporate Dashboard for free. Legal advisory services for creating and selling digital shares will be provided to startups to meet all regulatory requirements. In addition, they can also benefit from the Brokerbot, a tool to sell and buy back digital shares.

Aktionariat is in a partnership with SIX Digital Exchange to open a path for making tokens bankable. With the partnership with Genius X, selected startups will also gain access to this service offering in the near future.

Following this partnership, Genius X and Aktionariat AG will actively collaborate on other fronts to support ambitious startups, fostering access to capital via security tokens.
