Starting from this post on the official Cardano forums, a few of us are starting to get together to make a coordinated effort to help new pools with 0 blocks in getting started.

The general idea is that we would stake any available ADA to one pool, using a rotating queue system, until that pool gets one or two blocks, then we would all move our stake to the next pool in the queue.
