ADA/USD is currently trading around the $0.44 level below the 9-day and 21-day moving averages. In the range of the descending channel, the closest support is located at $0.40, with a close resistance at $0.50. Meanwhile, if the bullish pressure increases, additional resistance can be found above the 9-day and 21-day moving averages.
Cardano Ready to Push the Upside as Tamadoge Remains Attractive
According to the daily chart, the Cardano price may create more bullish trends once the coin heads toward the upper boundary of the channel, and this is noticeable for the technical indicator Relative Strength Index (14) as the signal line keeps moving above the 40-level. Since a few days ago, Cardano (ADA) has been moving in the same direction as the market ranges.
At the moment, the market is trading at $0.44 after touching the daily high at $0.46 resistance, but any bearish movement below the lower boundary of the channel could lead the coin to a serious downtrend. However, the support levels could be located at $0.35, $0.30, and $0.25, while the resistance levels lie at $0.60, $0.65, and $0.70 respectively.
Against Bitcoin, the Cardano price is sliding below the 9-day and 21-day moving averages after touching the daily high at 2447 SAT today. However, the support level of this range is built around 2300 SAT. The resistance is set at 2250 SAT because the market price is still changing below the moving averages. Technically, the price may likely follow the bearish movement as the technical indicator Relative Strength Index (14) slides below the 50-level.
