We are beyond thrilled to announce our newest partnership with Nami Wallet, a revolutionary browser-based wallet extension for Cardano.

Together ADA Handle and Nami look to expand the reach of user-friendliness for wallet users across the ecosystem. This partnership is the start of symbiotic collaboration in which we aim to bring the users of Cardano the most secure, easy to use, and beneficial products in the industry.

As a part of this partnership, Nami Wallet will add support for Handle address resolution directly within their extension!

Nami Wallet is a non-custodial browser-based extension for the Cardano blockchain. Nami Wallet can be used to send and store multiple assets, delegate to staking pools, mint tokens, use multi-signature contracts, and will support Cardano smart contracts!

There are many novel ideas that come with Nami that separate it from other wallets on the Cardano blockchain. Nami also just launched 2.0 of their extension, which now supports smart contracts.

On top of that, Nami is free to use and open source.

The mission for ADA Handle is to construct a standard across all platforms on which every user relies on. This standard is extremely important for the growth of our space as the current standard of copy/pasting a long cryptographic hash while making sure every alphanumeric character is in the exact sequence is burdensome for onboarding users.

The ADA Handle team realizes that once a new standard exists we have the ability to build a myriad of useful layers on top of it to help every protocol on Cardano thrive.

To begin this journey we are creating a product where users will be able to purchase and secure human-readable address identifiers in the form of $my-custom-address.
