Data for the analysis was collected quarterly in 2022 and are weighted to approximate a representative sample of U.S. adults. In the article, we break down some of the conclusions of the analysis and provide our insights.
TLDR
Ideology has not triumphed over technology. People have confidence in multiple projects. ADA is held by 4% of Americans. That's 18% of people who hold any cryptocurrency. Blockchain technology is understood by 24% of Americans. However, only 15% hold Bitcoin. 29% of millennials hold Bitcoin and probably other cryptocurrencies.
People holding cryptocurrencies are looking for alternative financial services and are more willing to use DeFi.
