Ethereum, cardano and more in the minus, this crypto storms into the top 100 » Crypto Insiders

Not only is the price appreciation of bitcoin (BTC) slowing down, most major altcoins have also remained somewhat around the same price in the past 24 hours. The total market cap of all cryptocurrencies today drops slightly below $2.25 trillion.

Ethereum drops 1%

Ethereum (ETH) was initially able to gain momentum yesterday, then peaked around USD 3470, its highest price since January 5. However, the price then started to decline, reaching $3,350 last night. There ether found support, but a real one rebound stayed out. ETH is recovering to $3,400 this morning, however, which is about 1% below yesterday’s price and the price appears to be struggling here.

DOGE, ADA, DOT, XRP something in the minus

Dogecoin (DOGE) shows such price movement in the past 24 hours, but is down 2% and is currently struggling with USD 0.144. Cardano (ADA) is down 1.8% in the past 24 hours and is currently pushing towards $1.20. Also shiba inu (SHIB) is down 1.8% to reach $0.0000274. Polkadot (DOT) is fluctuating, but is still 1.6% below yesterday’s price at $22.3. Ripple (XRP) is up 1.3% but looks set to find support around USD 0.86.

BNB, SOL, LUNA something in the plus

Binance coin (BNB) was able to recover a bit stronger this morning. BNB comes in at $437, the same price as 24 hours ago. Solana (SOL) is also recovering to the same price as 24 hours ago, but is still struggling with this $112. Terra (LUNA), on the other hand, made another last night all time high, around $109. The price also seems to hold around $106 for the rest of the night, with LUNA in the plus 2.4%.

Top 100 crypto hardest fallers

A large range of crypto from the top 100 are currently about 1% to 2% in the red. However, for Mina protocol (MINA), apecoin (APE), nexo (NEXO), zcash (ZEC), humans.ai (HEART) and cronos (CRO) that is already 3%. For arweave (AR), okb (OKB) and convex finance (CVX) this is 4%. Axie infinity (AXS) made a big dive yesterday because of this news. Nevertheless, it is much less deep than expected and AXS price is ‘only’ 6% in the min. JUNO (JUNO) has been in a downward trend in recent weeks, but seems to finally find a bottom. Nevertheless, the price is still 8% in the minus today.

Top 100 crypto hardest risers

On the green side there are much fewer prices today, but several significant outliers. Kusama (KSM) and Kucoin (KCS) are up 4%. Hedera (HBAR) and Ethereum Classic (ETC) 5%. NEO (NEO) 6%, frax share (FXS) 6.5% and near (NEAR) 7%.

Then the numbers even start to add up quickly. For example, synthetix (SNX) is 10% in the plus, vechain (VET) is currently rising fast and is 11% in the plus, and chiliz (CHZ) even 18%. Aave (AAVE) rose by as much as 30% in the past 24 hours and zilliqa (ZIL) even 40%. Still, the fastest climber today is a newcomer. STEPN (GMT) is up 66% today and even 468% from two weeks ago. STEPN is now at position 99 in the top 100.
