The crypto market has been interesting to watch in the last 24 hours. Within that time, the global crypto market has experienced a notable rally that has shot the total market cap up by 2.23% to rest at $2.16 trillion. Notably, this is a $40 billion increase from yesterday’s $2.12 trillion.

However, the total crypto market trading volume has declined by a significant 25.34% to $65.79 billion. Compared to yesterday’s value of $88 billion, it represents a $22.2 billion reduction. The Bitcoin price has seen modest gains compared to the previous day. At the time of writing, BTC has gained a notable 3.15% in the last 24 hours, currently trading at $59,166. Meanwhile, the 24-hour trading volume has taken a different direction as it crashed by 21.84% to $28 billion. Over the last day, the coin has traded within the range of $57,035 and $59,322. The BTC price has maintained resilience amid the selling pressure impacted on it by the continuous dump by the German government.

Ethereum, the flagship altcoin, looks to be riding the wave of a potential ETF launch in the coming days. In the last 24 hours, the price of ETH has seen a 1.14% increase in value, changing hands at $3,113. However, the activities surrounding the coin, as portrayed in its 24-hour trading volume have declined by 30.46% to $14.6 billion. Its lows and highs in the last 24 hours are $3,026 and $3,126 respectively.

The Ripple-backed coin, XRP, has gained momentum within the last day. According to CMC data, the price of XRP has spiked by 1.22% and is now trading at $0.439. Also, XRP has changed hands within the range of $0.431 and $0.441. Even though XRP investors are hoping for a price push above the critical $0.5 mark, the price has been consolidating around $0.4 for some time.
