Cardano-Powered Forensic System Goes Live in India

cardano

A major development in digital governance has taken place with the deployment of a blockchain-enabled Forensic Management System on the Cardano mainnet. The system has been introduced through a partnership between Trivolve Tech, a blockchain and AI product studio, and Quixy, a no-code/low-code enterprise automation platform. The roll-out is positioned as the first instance of a state-level forensic evidence system in India being anchored to a public blockchain for transparency, auditability, and tamper resistance.

Quixy is recognized in India as a prominent platform for code-free application development and workflow automation and is reported to have empowered more than two hundred thousand users to deploy over twenty-six thousand apps across sectors such as defence, law enforcement, and enterprise administration. Trivolve Tech, the co-implementer, is known for delivering blockchain and AI solutions focused on public sector and enterprise adoption, with activity ranging from security-driven infrastructure to real-world asset tokenization.

System Goes Live With Early Transaction Throughput

The new Forensic Management System has been declared operational and has already crossed more than one thousand blockchain-recorded transactions within the first seventy-two hours of its launch. The platform was engineered to remedy persistent challenges in the chain of custody of forensic evidence, with the Cardano blockchain serving as the cryptographic ledger that renders forensic entries immutable, traceable, and resistant to unauthorized modification.

Uttar Pradesh, which reportedly handles over a million forensic cases annually, has been selected as the pilot region for the deployment. By embedding evidence handling onto a decentralized ledger, the authorities intend to reinforce court admissibility of forensic material by closing gaps historically associated with tampering and process ambiguity.

Rahul Konudula, who leads Trivolve Tech, conveyed that the system is projected to scale to beyond ten thousand transactions within the first month of operation on the Cardano network. He further indicated that if adoption maintains pace, the framework could emerge as the national template for blockchain-secured forensic evidence governance and could contribute to renewed confidence in law enforcement evidence pipelines and judicial integrity.

Toward National Standardization of Digital Chain of Custody

The launch is being framed as more than a technology upgrade; it signals the beginning of state-grade digital infrastructure in which forensic custody is cryptographically bound to a public chain for permanent audit compatibility. Advocates of the model argue that immutability at infrastructure level offers a hard guarantee of integrity in contexts where evidentiary disputes have historically weakened prosecutions.

The system is built to be scalable across jurisdictions and is likely to invite other states and investigative bodies as early adopters if its first phase demonstrates operational reliability. Observers in the governance technology domain are positioning this as a step toward a broader digital justice stack built on public blockchain rails, combining regulatory compliance, custody assurance, and institutional accountability.

The collaboration is further viewed as a validation of low-code platforms in critical infrastructure, showing that enterprise-grade state systems can be deployed rapidly without conventional long-cycle development. As the pilot matures, both technology partners are expected to explore additional integrations that could extend blockchain-backed governance beyond forensic evidence to adjacent justice and security domains.
