In recent developments, it was known that ADA, the native cryptocurrency of the project, will now be accepted by Dreamflats LTD, a real estate firm based in Malta.

Rent an apartment using Cardano (ADA)

On Friday, Dreamland LTD announced that it would accept rental contracts in exchange for Cardano (ADA). However, yet the firm has not set up the rental price and claims to release the price after the completion of apartments. And the apartments are still under construction, which is expected to be completed by the following year. Moreover, the firm also clarified that the rental price would vary upon the volatility of the tokens price.

On the other side, Dreamland LTD also clarified that it would reveal its revenue to the Maltese authorities and pay all taxes despite accepting crypto payments. And the tax payments are known to be made in euros as the authorities don’t accept cryptocurrency.
