Hello Cardalonians, welcome to our very first development update as we move into the most exciting phase of our project development.

We will be releasing weekly development updates as we progress with the Cardalonia Play to earn metaverse development.

We will be outlining the infrastructure and resource development progress going forward.

The current stage of the Metaverse infrastructure development is the Cardalonia landscape environment which will allow users to explore the Cardalonia metaverse with their Avatars with one-click deployment and publishing of assets with customizable parameters.

This area has progressed which includes outlining the entire development scope which includes:

Scope

— A 3D game with assets mapped as NFTs on the Cardano Blockchain

— A big empty land mass (Terrania) with some random trees

— 3D props for building personalized Medieval town

— in game pre-defined set of characters (Cardalonia 3D Avatars) with specific default fighting moves (animations)

— NFTs marketplace for land purchase, special characters (avatars)

— p2p game play (challenge) — one user will challenge another user and win rewards after beating the other user.

— an entry fee would be charged for participating in a challenge and winners take all the money.

— a % platform fee would be charged from the pot amount as a service fee. eg. 500 Lonia tokens to participate in the challenge so total pot size would be 1000 out of which winner will take 900 and 100 will be charged towards the service fee.

— user will roam around in metaverse to collect powers, collectibles (NFTs) etc

— leaderboard for showing the winners

Tech

Cardalonia will be making use of several underlying infrastructures like Unity, Blender and AWS cloud services.

Lonia is currently tradable on Bitmart and P2pb2b and you can track the Current LONIA token price on Coingecko.

ISPO Update

The Cardalonia team also announced the launch of the Lonia Initial Stake Pool Offering (LISPO).

Cardalonia’s initial stake pool offering goes live officially at epoch 369. The ISPO allocation is 25,000,000 tokens, with an ISPO offer of 0.2 Lonia per ADA staked.

Over 2,000,000 ADA have been delegated so far in the Cardalonia ISPO Pool. First 200 delegators that stake 5000 ADA or more to the Lonia stake pool with ticker LONIA or pool ID: pool1p2aax6cfztk6cc02cfhg0pa7432em8a59wdyjatxcd997n7knjs will be eligible for Cardalonia NFT airdrops.

The ISPO will run for a duration of 50 Epochs or until the allocated ISPO tokens are exhausted.

Road ahead

Cardalonia is entering an exciting phase according to the roadmap as there is so much in store to be released, like the completed metaverse map, Cardalonia assets marketplace, and the first video trailer of the metaverse game.
